Returns and refunds

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept the return of items that are in a new condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instruction booklets, protective covers and boxes. 

You can request a free return for goods you have purchased on Luxtier.com up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Please note that it is not possible to return or exchange the following items:

  • Personalized items
  • Made-to-order items

RETURN PROCEDURE

Register your return online at My Luxtier page or fill out the return form you have received with the delivery.

Make sure your return fulfills the return conditions mentioned above.

Pack the products into the original dispatch package and attach the pre-paid return form on the side of the package.

Contact FedEx to order you return to be picked up. Alternatively, you may leave the parcel at the nearest FedEx drop-off location.

Don’t forget to take into consideration the fact that the item has to be returned from the same country in which the order was placed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item that you purchased and place a new order. Please check our return policy above.

Changes and Cancellations

Because we always strive to handle orders as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time to modify or cancel your order before it has been processed.

Please send your request as soon as possible to assistance@luxtier.com and our customer service team will notify if a change or a cancellation is still possible. 

Refunds

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return is accepted, according to the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

You will be refunded in 14 working days. The actual refund time is significantly dependent on the processing time of the company that issued the payment.
