Use of website

Luxtier website is owned and operated by ROYALTEQ OY (Ltd) which has its registered office at Eteläesplanadi 2, 00130 Helsinki, Finland. Tel. +358 2 622 0600 (hereinafter “Luxtier”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

The website is for the User’s personal, non-commercial use. The User does not have the right to copy, distribute, transmit, duplicate, sell, reproduce, license, publish or modify the website or any of its content, including but not limited to the texts, documents, software, graphics and products.

The user has the right to print and download one (1) copy of this Agreement and other downloadable material for personal, non-commercial home use.

The use of any materials on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. The user must accept that unauthorized use of the website content may subject the user to civil or criminal liability.

We may change, withdraw, or suspend access to the website (in whole or part and permanently or temporarily) with or without notice and with no liability to the user.

Luxtier may, from time to time, change these terms in its sole discretion. By using this website after any such change, you agree to comply with, and to be bound by, the terms as changed.

Copyright and other rights

All materials on the website, including images, logos, designs, illustrations, site layout, photographs, written and other texts or scripts that are part of this website together with all software compilations, underlying source code and software are protected by copyright, trademark, design right, and/or other worldwide intellectual property rights and are owned or controlled by or licensed to Luxtier. All rights are reserved.

Purchase of products

Luxtier online store is available to private customers from the following countries:

Registration

You may be required to register in order to obtain or share information, to purchase products or services, or to use services or features of the Site.

You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password, and will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

You agree that the information you provide on the website is true and accurate in all respects and not misleading, and that you will notify our customer service team of any changes to your information.

We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

We may also change the registration requirements from time to time.

Acceptance of an order

Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided. This e-mail will list all the details of your order. Please review the order information closely and contact us by e-mail if any item is not as you intended.

If we do not receive notification from you of any changes within 24 hours of your receipt of our confirmation e-mail, we will begin the order process.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for the payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and has been withdrawn.

We may also refuse to process and therefore refuse to accept a transaction for other reasons or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to the users or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold. We will also not be liable for removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or canceling or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment

We accept Payments made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, PayPal and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon purchase of your order by Luxtier. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Luxtier, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Luxtier accepts Bank wire transfer for orders exceeding EUR 2500 and USD 2500.

For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Product Prices

The product price of the item is displayed on the Site at the time of ordering.

All the product prices and delivery charges are displayed in euros (EUR) for EU countries and in dollars (USD) for countries outside EU.

Product and delivery prices include the current VAT of the country the purchase is made from and delivered to.

Users outside of the EU are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges, which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered.

Luxtier reserves the right to reject any order due to incorrect price information.

Shipping & delivery

Luxtier offers free standard shipping on all orders.

We ship orders to the countries we sell products to.

Luxtier does not currently ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a country site different from the delivery address will automatically be cancelled. To prevent credit card fraud, we prefer to ship only to the billing address on file for the credit card used.

We are only able to deliver to a valid shipping address provided on your order form.

Delivery times depend on the country of destination. Any delivery times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery can take longer due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

The customer agrees not to hold Luxtier responsible for production delays and agrees a delay does not constitute a right to refund or cancel. Every effort will be made to ship your product(s) as soon as possible and notification will be made of any delay.

Luxtier reserves the right to deliver different products ordered at the same time separately.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Finland and in your selected shipping Country.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. It is your responsibility to check that goods received match those listed on the purchase order and the packages and their seals are intact and undamaged. In case of loss/damage, you should make a note of this on the delivery note.

Delivery Insurance

All shipments are fully insured. This means that your order shipment is always risk-free.

Return

Luxtier offers the free return of goods purchased on the Site for up to 30 days after receiving your order.

This return policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes.

These products are clearly indicated as ”Made-to-Order” or “Personalized” in the product details

The consumer has a right to return a product if

• The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying the customer service to assistance@luxtier.com within 30 days of delivery,
• The products are in a new condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, protective covers and boxes.

Changes & Cancellations

Because we always strive to handle orders as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time to modify or cancel your order before it has been processed. Please send your request as soon as possible to assistance@luxtier.com and our customer service team will notify if a change or a cancellation is still possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. From the date we receive your return, it can take up to ten (10) working days to complete the refund. You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we receive your return.

Our guarantee

We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee them to be free of defects in workmanship, to be made of the finest of materials and to be made to the specifications of our clients. Each product is given a careful inspection by our quality control before it is prepared for shipment.

Product images

We have attempted to accurately display the colors and images of our products. However pictures and images on the Website are for illustration purposes only.

Pictures of products displayed on the Website may not correspond to their actual appearance. The actual sizes and shapes of the items may differ from how they appear on your screen. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We reserve the right to use our discretion when deciding whether to replace or repair faulty and damaged goods. This will not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping must be reported to the Customer Service within two working days of receiving the product.

Please follow the instructions provided by the Customer Service in all matters regarding the reclamations process.

Repair and warranty

Repair

Luxtier products are made to last, using the finest quality materials to ensure durability and high protection.

However, if any defects or damage occurs, all Luxtier items can be serviced by Luxtier Service Center. Repair enquires can be sent directly to our Customer Service to the address repair@luxtier.com.

Warranty

Luxtier grants all their products a limited warranty of 12 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Please see the warranty limitations below.

Warranty limitations

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, breakage as a result of improper use or damage to materials as a result of water damage or any other comparable damage. The warranty does not cover precious metals or stones that have been lost.

The warranty does not cover defects due to carelessness and negligence of the Product care policies supplied by us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your username and password. You will be held liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information.

General

Typographical Errors

In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing, Luxtier retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Luxtier has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Luxtier will immediately issue the appropriate credit to your credit card account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Jurisdiction and settlement of disputes

This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations. Secondarily disputes are settled by the Helsinki District Court in Finland.
