Repair

Luxtier products are made to last, using the finest quality materials to ensure durability and high protection.

However, if any discoloration or damage occurs, all Luxtier items can be serviced by the Luxtier Service Center. Repair enquires can be sent directly to our Customer Service at the address repair@luxtier.com.

Warranty

Luxtier provides all their products with a limited warranty of 12 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Please see the warranty limitations below.

Warranty limitations

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, breakage as a result of improper use or damage to materials as a result of water damage or similar occurrence.

The warranty does not cover precious metals or stones that have been lost.

The warranty does not cover defects due to carelessness and negligence of the product care policies mentioned above.
